That folding guitar thing. Words escape me. Who.. what... no, no, why. Yes, why. Is there a situation in which a serious guitarist would need to actually fold their guitar in half ? Am I missing something? I have been playing for over 15 years, and I swear not once have I found myself in a situation where I say, "Snap! I wish I could just fold this thing in half! Man, if only such a guitar existed!"
Of course, I could be wrong. I mean, last I checked Clapton was on the hunt for something along these lines. He could afford it too, it's only $3370. Pocket change really. I think $3370 could only buy you a custom shop Fender to your very own specs, but who wants that, when you can have a guitar that folds in half. Say that aloud, a guitar that folds in half. Because... why?
I think this could actually be the X-Factor for my new band, Nuerosonyc. (Say it like the dude announcing Monster Truck Madness, Sunday Sunday Sunday at the Alameda County Fair) Neurosonyc. We rock out with our half way folding in half guitar out.
