Evidentally summer movies aren't doing as hot as the industry had hoped. I would be totally pissed if instead of 6 billion, I only made 5 billion. Who here can work out a 3 person family budget off 5 billion? Do people think that's enough to live off of?! I guess part of it is due to me, and the fact that I've totally been stealing movies lately. $10.25 for a ticket was just rubbing me the wrong way. So I turned to the three click discount. Even as I type this, I am starting to feel guilty. All of those folks who work so hard to make these movies happen. The directors, producers, snack people. Don't forget the gaffers pulling down $15/hour, while the pretend people take home millions plus points. I mean, what about those gaffers, you know, the ones with the little kids who are at home eating the cardboard Mac & Cheese boxes b/c they have any water to boil the noodles. And even if they did have the water, they probably don't have the milk to make it extra runny, instead of all thick and gross. Gaffers are people too... gaffers are people too.
