I woke up this morning, and the first thing that went through my head was: "I should cut off my fingers."

I couldn't think of a logical reason, nor any particular sport/hobby/activity/lifestyle/job that I would excel at, if I were indeed sans fingers.

So I kept them. But it's not like that wasn't obivious, being that I had to type this and all...
