LL Cool J is going deaf. I know that is probably painful to hear, but I'm sad to say that I witnessed this first hand last night as LL hosted the Billboard Music Awards. It really was a tragedy to watch as LL continuously shouted, "Make some noise, make some noise".
I can only imagine his desperate desire to repeatedly interject this phrase between every sentence, but if you were going deaf, and were still in denial about it, then you too would be constantly checking to see if you could still hear noise.

Man, That's a bummer. Honestly, I was surprised he never succumbed to OG (for you laypersons, Over-Gold). Then again I was probably just underestimating his constitution; he is "Bad" afterall.
I'm not surprised about the deafness thing, though. I knew that those tight fitting Kangols were gonna come back to haunt him in the end.
