So I'm driving home from the SLO gig. It was a good gig. Especially the part in the song, where I was like, dum dum dum dum dum dum dum dum, and the drummer comes in with the the da da dum da da dum dat, and Ben starts singing, Oooooooooohhhhhhhhhh Ooooooooooooohhhhhhhh, and doing the super strum.
As I'm cruising up the 101, I notice up in the distance a Porsche Carrera S. Nice car I say to myself. Hmmm. There's another one. Again, I say, nice car. Futon, there's another, and another! All of the sudden I'm right smack dab in the middle of Condorman. You know the part, when he is trying to escape the Russian's who are all in black Porsche Carrea's... and he is in like an old truck; that then turns into the super cool yellow Lamborgini type super car with guns and a turbo boost button.
I approach the clan of Porsche's, envisioning myself in the Condorman suit with the crazy wings, thinking, the only thing that would top this off, would be a ... yellow Lamborgini... and then I see it. The Porsche's were flying a V formation around a brand spanking new YELLOW FUTON LAMBORGINI!
I pass them all in my Camry. Glancing over at the driver of the Lamborgini... "How YOU doing?", I nod as I drive by.
