I'm losing my hair.

So I have a problem here. I just noticed today that I seem to be losing the hair on my right arm. Not everywhere, just on the part of my arm that touches the surface of my desk at work. Click on the picture and you'll see what I mean. Observe that the arm on the left (indeed my left arm) has the normal amount of arm hair that a Futon can expect to have. Now, look closely at the arm on the right. There is a distinct area, near the inner forearm, that has no hair. Here in lies the problem. It used to have hair.

I've gone over all the scenarios. I haven't been playing with duct tape, I haven't been dabbling in Nair products, and I most definitely haven't used my trustee Mach 3 to remove my hair from my right arm. (Heck I barely bust that bad boy out to shave my face, why would I shave my arm?!) The only solution for this conundrum is that my desk at work is removing my arm hair. Perhaps it is more than a case of Cold Mouse Hand and something more severe. I'm just plain mousing around TOO much. I don't know what to do. Do I stop working? Is my arm hair more valuable to me than say my son getting clean diapers? Do I hover my arm above my desk and risk carpal tunnel? I think my best chance may be to default my mouse arm to my left, and weaker arm. This brings two benefits. One, I strengthen my ability to mouse effectively and accurately, need an "Off Hand Mouse Tournament" ever arise that I wish to participate in. Two, while strengthening my weaker appendage, I also remove the hair from this arm as well; successfully balancing out my arm hair loss and making me not look like so much of a freak.

Is this happening to anyone else? Or am I the only one?

I think the only solution here is to shave your left arm to balance out the two.

How hard are you pressing down when you are mousing around? Maybe you need a smaller mouse pad?

What is your desk surface made of? Sand Paper? A cats tongue? A cat's butt? A butt's cat?

Anyways... it's all about keyboard short cuts.

You know, now that I think about it. I think you may be thinking about this the wrong way. I mean... who has hair on that part of their arm anyway. Is that Big Foot's left arm? I think the good Lord may just be trying to help you out. Get you back to arm hair normality.

Nice comment Canary. I can not remember the last time i have lol so hard at merely a comment. Big Foot! HA! Killing me.

Well, for one thing, i know i tried a sandpaper desk, but was losing too much skin and blood. All that was left was bone and big foot arm hair. So, it's prob not that.

You should be so quick to speak Red Canary. From what I recall, you could grow a full beard by the 7th grade!
